195 Merit Scholarships Totaling $4.7 million. As the largest independently sponsored merit co-op scholarship program in the United States. These merit co-op scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors  and transfer students who plan to participate in college cooperative education at on of our Partner Institutions. Varsity Tutors Scholarship
 Varsity Tutors holds a monthly $1,000 college scholarship contest where students must write an essay in response to a monthly prompt. Visitors to the Varsity Tutors scholarship webpage are able to vote via social media for submitted entries. The top five entries with the most votes are reviewed by Varsity Tutors at the end of the month and one winner is subsequently chosen to receive the $1,000 college scholarship.  Van Doren Scholarship
 To be eligible for a Van Doren Scholarship, a candidate must be a Somerset county resident who is attending or planning to attend as a full-time student an accredited four-year college or university, a two-year college, or a post high school trade or nursing school. Students may apply during their senior year of high school and during any year of their post secondary school studies. James Adamec Memorial Scholarship
 The James Adamec Memorial Scholarship is in honor of former Somerville Board of Education member James M. "Jim" Adamec. This scholarship offers a $2,500 award to a graduating senior intending to major in mathematics, engineering, science or finance.  To be eligible for the scholarship a student must be entering their sophomore, junior or senior year in an agriculture-related degree program.  NJUA Excellence in Diversity Scholarship
 Each year, the New Jersey Utilities Association (NJUA) awards the NJUA Excellence in Diversity Scholarship to a qualified, deserving New Jersey high school senior who meets the eligibility criteria. This year, the Association will award two four year scholarship providing $1500 per academic year to students selected by our Scholarship Review Committee who will be attending college in New Jersey. 2017 ETS Employees' Community Action Fund Scholarship Program
 The ETS ECAF Scholarship program was established to assist New Jersey students who wish to attend college and who might not be able to achieve their dream of attaining a degree without the assistance of a scholarship. This program specifically seeks to help graduating public high school seniors facing hardships, including but not limited to financial need. Scholarships of up to $10,000 wil be awarded to selected students who are pursing a degree from two or four year accredited non profit schools.
